Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and compiling law-related survey data.
Editing and proofreading law-related content.
Assisting with the content development and revision processes.
Writing for the Vault Law blog.
Creating material for social media.
Maximizing site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization keywords.
Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media, or other platforms to better understand the audience.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record; Juris Doctor a plus.
Strongly preferred: 1-3 years at a law firm or law school, in an attorney or non-attorney role.
Experience writing professionally is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Proven track record of creativity and an engaging yet professional communication style.
A passion for writing and keen understanding of the specific demands of digital media.
Impeccable writing and editing abilities.
Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
Ability to collaborate as well as work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with content management systems and/or print publishing is a plus.
Familiarity with the legal industry, law firms, and the legal recruiting process.
