About the role

In this role, you will provide high quality, responsive and reliable administrative and technical support for the firm’s national Knowledge Management (KM) team. The Knowledge Management team provide a number of services to our staff and clients including legal and business research, current awareness services, search and registration and precedent administration.

What experience are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • proven experience working in an administrative role providing proactive, accurate and timely administrative and technical support
  • a strong focus on client service, using initiative and with a proven ability to handle pressure and prioritise multiple tasks
  • strong communication skills and experience maintaining confidentiality
  • a qualification in information management, knowledge management or a related discipline, or experience previously working in a library with exposure to cataloguing
