In 2016, the International Group had made significant investments to enhance Kluwer Arbitration. Our users have been a valuable source of feedback which has led to continuous improvements. As a service to our loyal customers we kept the original web-based service live to ensure a smooth transition. Based on usage analytics it’s evident that we can now phase out the old website which will be implemented immediately.

In order to support our users through this transition, we have outlined below a list of the new enhancements and support resources. The enhanced Kluwer Arbitration service provides:
