Kluwer Law Online has been re-launched today. Using your valued feedback, the new and enhanced version of KluwerLawOnline.com includes vastly improved features and functionality:
1. Improved SEARCH across journals and manuals:
? We have increased the relevance of author names and titles in search results.
? Search results now display authors? names and citation information making them more useful.
Improved NAVIGATION:
? Product title pages now provide general product information, table of contents and the article abstracts in a convenient way. Product summaries are also available via preview panes.
? Journals now include panes showing the entire contents of the volume. The volumes are also easier to reach with less clicks.
1. Dynamic PDFs allow you to generate complete monographs as a single file
? Individual chapters of our monographs can now be compiled into single PDF with just one click. Now you can print or search across just one single PDF file instead of doing so chapter-by-chapter.
? The file encryption has also been remove allowing you to cut and paste content from our PDFs to your own files.
? And you can add your own annotations to these PDFs, increasing their versatility.
2. COUNTER Compatibility
Our online products are now COUNTER compatible, allowing you to monitor your use of our products in a transparent way so you can see exactly how much value you derive from them.
3. EZproxy Access
Kluwer Law Online now features EZproxy software which allows your validated remote users quick and easy access to our content, increasing the flexibility of our services. In addition, EZproxy uses standard tools allowing you to monitor usage by remote users.
4. Enhanced Product Information
? Citations for the manuals have been reformatted so that all volumes are more clearly titled, jurisdiction details have been added, and journal issue numbers have also been included.
? Contents: more detailed Tables of Contents are now available for all IELs and will be available for all Manuals in the near future.
? Currency of new contributions: all new contributions added to the majority of manuals now include a date-stamp so you can see exactly how current the content is.
