“The Almaty Police Department has opened a pre-trial investigation against citizen M. for disseminating knowingly false information. The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing,” said the Almaty Police Department.

Moreover, on March 30, he appeared on Instagram as a representative of the injured party, but by the evening, information about his arrest appeared.
