Job description
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, support and assist Senior Legal Counsel in the preparation of all contractual issues related to the company’s procurement of airframe, engine, aircraft parts and services
Participate in request for proposals, negotiate and review aircraft purchase agreements and engine General Terms Agreements (GTAs)
Negotiate and review vendor GTAs for BFE/SFE
Other adhoc business projects and tasks assigned by Head of Procurement
Desired Skills and Experience
Degree in Law
3 to 5 years transactional experience, preferably aviation-related
Strong drafting skills, aptitude for commercial contracts and negotiation
Conscientious and a self-starter, capable of independently managing transactions to completion
Proficient in MS Office
