Corporate PSL/Knowledge Management Lawyer
This is a new opening with a high profile law firm in Hong Kong.? The corporate team is looking for someone to join the PSL team and help develop the know-how and knowledge management function.? The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing marketing material and assisting with pitches where needed.? Therefore the partners are looking for someone with at least 5 years fee earning experience from a Hong Kong corporate team with in depth knowledge of the listings rules and current corporate legislation.? The ideal candidate will have some experience of working as a PSL as well although this is not essential.? The role will be reporting to a senior PSL and also the partners in the corporate team.? The individual should feel comfortable in working closely with the partners and implementing change where needed.?? This is a great PSL role at a firm that recognises the importance of having such a function.?
