A reputable brand within the IT sector, this global enterprise is now looking for a seasoned transactions lawyer to handle a wide variety of IP-related matters and projects for the Southeast Asia, the South Pacific and India regions.
This is a senior position and the incumbent will be a part of the company?s global transactions group. This role will be mainly responsible for IP transactions within the above named regions and to also afford legal support in relation to IP matters for said regions. The IP Transactional Lawyer will with various legal teams, management groups and business units within the respective regions to ensure the effective operational flow of this well-renowned IT enterprise.
Aside from solid transactional/corporate experience in connection with IP matters, the ideal candidate must also be a qualified and experienced Patent lawyer. 10 YRS+PQE
