The IACL Blog

The IACL blog was formed by the Executive Committee of the IACL in 2014. It is a central part of the IACL’s main objective to stimulate the development of the study of constitutional law.  Academic freedom is a core value of the IACL and accordingly the IACL Blog editorial team independently and freely decides on the content of IACL blog posts.

The central mission of the IACL blog is to provide a forum for constitutionalists around the world to present their research, share their views, and discuss topics in constitutional law.

The IACL blog supports the IACL to promote projects and ideas in line with the blog’s aims, values, and editorial standards. The blog may repost or link to information about the IACL that appears elsewhere (including IACL events and public statements), but this information is not endorsed by the editorial team.
