For the Banking andamp; Finance roles, they are seeking candidates with excellent general banking and project finance experience
coupled with a pro-active attitude toward business development activities. With regard to the Corporate positions, they are
looking for lawyers with good cross border Mandamp;A transactions where you have demonstrated strength in communicating across
jurisdictions. Regarding the ICM roles, you will be expected to have solid derivatives and structured finance exposure with
excellent ISDA documentation knowledge.
