About the Client:
Our client can provide a world class legal operation within a significant, growing enterprise in the technology sector. An opportunity to rapidly increase the international exposure for a qualified lawyer in China or Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Support major enterprise business projects, contracts and other legal documents, including the drafting and review. Participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Provide legal advice, legal training and consulting to the Enterprise Business Unit.
Requirements:
Master of Laws degree or above, with 3+ years of multinational legal or international law experience in distribution and channel sales, especially the field of legal affairs.
Experience in the international law firm, consulting firms, or multinational companies.
Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and crafting of commercially sensitive documents.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit, able to work independently and under pressure to complete tasks
Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
Experience in technology industry, and multinational telecoms companies is strongly preferred.
