Apparently?? Factiva are not allowed to selll direct into law firms in Australia ( Is this true for the rest of the planet?)

I have been advised that the Factiva-LexisNexis agreement is still in force and Factiva cannot approach law firms, if a law firm does approach Factiva then Factiva must pass that contact on to LexisNexis.
