We usually use the Asia Pacific Legal 500 to research firms working in India..
But this list is a simple starting point to find out the names (at least) of firms currently working in the Indian legal market
There are no links to websites.. but this is also the case for most directories containing information about law firms in India.
Bar rules still prevent most indian firms from "advertising" which also includes websites.
Arcane idea yes we know.. especially as the LPO business in India is using the internet to it’s advantage in order to generate millions of $’s work from overseas.
We presume at some point that the Dickensian world of Indian Bar Associations and legal organisations will eventually be subsumed by the 21st century.
