Job Description
1. To prepare, review and approve contracts, agreements and other legal documents
2. Contract negotiation with third parties
3. In charge of registering new companies in China
4. Handle other corporate legal matters
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Law
2. Good working knowledge of Chinese and Hong Kong Company Law and other related regulations
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken ability)
4. 5 years plus work experience in law
5. Good command of communication and negotiation skills
6. Be able to work independently and under pressure
7. Be able to take a proactive approach to work
8. Preferable to have had experience in the education sector
