A large number of in-house speakers have been confirmed for the IFLR Asia capital markets forum at the Four Seasons hotel in Hong Kong next month.
The forum, on November 16 and 17, opens with a panel on foreign listings in Hong Kong, which features Patricia Sindel, managing director, legal and compliance at Credit Suisse, and Mark Dickens, head of listing at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx)
Later on the same day, Lin Shi will be discussing her experiences in working on rights issues for Bank of China, China Merchants Bank and Bank of Communications. Shi is a senior vice president in investment banking legal at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Elsewhere, Jay Wadhwani, senior manager at the HKEx and Roger Kennedy, head of energy and natural resources at JP Morgan Asia Pacific, will be focusing on the impact of Chapter 18 on the exchange.
In other sessions, Pius Chong, managing director and head of transaction management at HSBC, is joining discussions on ?The internationalisation of RMB? and Jay Lee, head of DCM legal ? north east Asia, wholesale banking, is debating whether high yield has come of age.
There is also an in-house roundtable at the forum featuring Peter Siembab of Nomura, Kit Wilson of JP Morgan, Nghia Luu of Deutsche Bank and Jaclyn Jhin of Morgan Stanley.
