IALL Cancels Oct 2020 Conference In Toulouse.. Will Try To Re-Schedule 2021

Here’s what they say…

Dear colleagues,

The IALL board has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 annual course which was scheduled for October 4-7 in Toulouse, France.  We are working on rescheduling the Toulouse conference to a date in 2021.

The board carefully considered projections for the spread of the COVID-19 virus, health and safety concerns of attendees, and institutional travel restrictions. We, and the local planning committee which has spent the past year preparing for the course, share your disappointment that we are unable to meet this autumn. For many of us, it is a highlight of the year and the one time to see colleagues from across the globe. However, based on the information available today, we are confident this is the right decision.

We hope you will understand our reasons for cancelling the 2020 course.

We look forward to seeing you in 2021. Information on annual course scheduling will be forthcoming. Thank you for your continued support of the IALL.
