Hogan Lovells are inviting people to a seminar in association with the China Britain Law Institute (CBLI) on Thursday, 7 April 2011.

Our line up of speakers will be approaching the subject from different perspectives to illustrate the internationalised nature of the Chinese construction market.??

TERENCE WONG is a common law-qualified Consultant in Hogan Lovells’ Shanghai office, experienced in representing international and Chinese clients in contentious construction matters in China.

ADRIAN HUGHES QC is Chairman of the Society of Construction Law and a barrister at Thirty Nine Essex Street Chambers.? Adrian is a construction specialist with particular expertise in relation to China, including as an arbitrator on the CIETAC panel.

SUN WEI is Editor of the China Construction Law Review and a partner in the Beijing office of Zhong Lun law firm.? Sun Wei has extensive experience in dispute resolution in China in the fields of construction and engineering.
