Kerala, Delhi, Bombay and Allahabad High Courts have already started publishing their judgments in the vernacular language of their respective States.
The Himachal Pradesh High Court has started publishing its judgments in Hindi.
The Hindi translation of important judgments and final orders from the full bench and division benches, with effect from January 1, 2023, will be made available on the High Court website.
Additionally, starting from August 11, Hindi translation of single-judge judgments will also be made accessible on the website under its order/ judgment section.
The High Court announced the move on its official website on August 16.
