Thanks to Law Library Technology blog for publishing a copy of the West email we referred to in a earlier post today
That suggests to practitioners that they shouldn’t be going to the library to do their research.
We’d also like to note that they’ve added one more layer of typecasting to make their attitude towards librarians just that extra bit obnoxious … it’s not hard to spot !
