I am looking for any cases or legislation connected with the heavy metal band ?Cradle of Filth?, specifically the t shirt that is mentioned here (and elsewhere, but not with urls that would get through the list!): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cradle_of_Filth.? I have a number of media references that refer to arrests etc, but some of them appear to be urban myth. My interest is in how these charges are framed, most of them seem to be some variant of offensive or indecent behaviour. I have two reports of Queensland Australia arrests, one from 2008 and one from 2010, but would love to find transcripts or argumentation etc. from other countries.
