With their global expansion and a strong focus on Asia, an opening has arisen for a senior lawyer in the Singapore office to establish the Asian legal team. Initially a sole contributor role working alongside senior management and other key business heads on regional legal issues, the successful candidate will form a key part of the regional business team.
The candidate should be qualified to practice law in Singapore or a similar common-law jurisdiction and should have at least 10?15 years of work experience in general corporate and commercial work. Candidate should also have strong experience gained in-house within the Technology, Internet or Telco sector.
An excellent academic background, strong interpersonal and intercultural skills are key.? Strong commercial acumen and sounds legal skills are absolutely essential, while Mandarin language skills would be highly advantageous.
