Asian based financial services group providing securities and futures trading, wealth management and corporate finance.
Head of Legal and Compliance?
? Manage legal and compliance functions and take up corporate services functions
? Develop proper controls, policies and procedures to ensure the Company complies with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements
? Provide on-going advisory services to board of directors, management and business units on issues regarding compliance with SFC regulations and company ordinance
? Provide corporate secretarial services including organizing & facilitating meetings of directors, and preparing board minutes and reports
Requirements
? Degree holder in law or other related discipline
? Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years in legal or compliance function in financial services industry such as investment banking, brokerage house and or regulatory body
? Well versed with SFC regulations, companies ordinance and other regulatory requirements
? Strong communication ability to interact well with management and business units head
? Good knowledge in financial products with hands-on experience in giving advice on issues relating to commercial, corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance
? Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
