Our client, this leading Chinese alternative investment management and advisory company now seeks an experienced senior lawyer to head the legal & compliance team in Hong Kong.
Desired Skills & Experience
You will advise and oversee the legal, corporate services and compliance functions for the company. Essentially, you have 15+ yrs extensive exposure in corporate/commercial work with an emphasis on M&A matters. Good understanding of the HK Companies Ordinance and SFO is required as well as relevant prior experience gained from a top-tier law firm. You must also be fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) and possess strong drafting skills. REF: 11147/LN
