He holds a law degree from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois. When not working, teaching, or writing as a law librarian, he can be found studying a new foreign language or taking a long walk.

Andrew Dorchak is Head of Reference and Foreign/International Law Specialist at The Judge Ben C. Green Law Library at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Law. He has assisted law students researching international criminal law topics since 2002.

Ramil Iskandarli is a Chairman of Board of the Legal Analysis and Research Public Union in Azerbaijan. He holds a LLM Master of Law degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the European University Viadrina, Frankfurt Oder, Germany. Ramil is an alumnus of the Chevening Fellowship Program on Human Rights Law at the University of Nottingham (2008), John Smith Fellowship Program (2005) in UK and participant of the International Youth Leaders Visitors Program of the US State Department (2005).

Siniša Žugi? is a graduate of Benedictine college, KS (class of 1999). He received an Executive MBA degree from Cotrugli Business School in 2016. He currently serves Intellectio Iuris in an advisory (marketing) role.
Milivoje Žugi? is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb (1969). He worked as a judge until 1982, when he entered a private law practice. He lives and works in Zagreb, and specializes in land registry law. He is the author of a paper about the legal position of clients of the Bank of Ljubljana (Ljubljanska Banka) after the dissolution of former Yugoslavia.

Dorien Snoek is subject librarian for private law, constitutional- and administrative law and legal history at the Utrecht University Library. She also instructs academic staff and students in information research methodology.

Sofia Sternberg is currently the librarian at the Swedish Supreme Court in Stockholm. She has a law degree as well as a master’s degree in library and information science, and has practised law for five years before becoming a librarian. Before starting at the Court in 2016, she worked for many years at the Law Library of Uppsala University, Sweden, where she was mainly involved in library instruction for students and also responsible for the library’s European documentation centre.

Formé également à l’Organisation Internationale de Droit du Développement (OIDD-ITALIE) et conjointement par LOYOLA SCHOOL of LAW et TULANE LAW SCHOOL (USA), Martial AKAKPO s’est spécialisé en droit des investissements et financement de projets de développement en matière d’énergies et d’infrastructures au Togo et en Afrique de l’Ouest. Il intervient comme conseil des parties dans des arbitrages internationaux ou comme arbitre désigné par la Cour Commune de Justice et d’Arbitrage de l’OHADA à Abidjan (CCJA) et d’autres centres d’arbitrage. Il est enseignant à l’Ecole Régionale Supérieure de Magistrature de l’OHADA (ERSUMA) à Porto Novo. Il prépare actuellement une thèse à l’université de NICE sur La protection de la partie faible dans l’arbitrage OHADA. Fondateur de Mercuriales Info, revue togolaise de Droit des affaires et d’Arbitrage, il a été élevé au rang d’Officier de l’Ordre National de Mérite en 2009 et obtenu le Diplôme d’honneur Etoile d’Or d’Afrique en 2012.
Juriste d’Affaires de formation, Emmanuel MAMLAN est diplômé d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées (DESS) en Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité. Il intervient sur des missions de consultation juridique en droit des investissements et financements de projets, en droit social et en droit des affaires en général. Il réalise également des missions d’assistance fiscale permanente, d’audit fiscal et d’assistance en cas de contrôle fiscal. Emmanuel MAMLAN anime des rencontres d’échanges et signe de nombreux articles en droit fiscal. En 2013, il a contribué à la l’élaboration du « Recueil de Droit Fiscal du Togo » publié par les Nouvelles Editions Numériques Africaines sous la direction intellectuelle des Mercuriales Infos. Il contribue régulièrement à la réalisation des rapports Doing Business, publications annuelles de la Banque Mondiale et de la Société Financière Internationale. Il est conseil juridique et fiscal des entreprises depuis 2011 et Expert Fiscal Agréé près les Cours et Tribunaux du Togo depuis octobre 2014.

Jimcall Pfumorodze is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law, University of Botswana, Botswana. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Master of Laws from the University of Western Cape jointly with the University of Amsterdam and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Emma Chitsove is legal consultant and she holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe and a Maters of Law in International Trade and Investment Law with University of Pretoria. She is currently reading for a Doctor of Laws with the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
