A global professional services provider has an exciting senior level role for an experienced Research Solutions Manager. You will be working closely with client executives to gain understanding of internal programmes and identify new opportunities within both the existing client base and new companies. Specifics include:
· providing initial briefing and guidance to client executives and operations teams
· managing onsite client engagements and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
· sharing knowledge across research teams including cross-selling opportunities
· running on-site client workshops with sales and operations teams
· identifying processes and tools that can aid business needs and devise solutions to client problems
· supporting scoping and prioritisation of future work to grow business
· guiding junior colleagues to successfully deliver services based on internal proprietary tools to re-engineer client processes, systems and operations
To be considered for this role you should be a graduate of any discipline with 7-9 years’ experience of working within professional services in a business research capacity; good understanding of business research tools and techniques; an ability to understand business issues and client conflict and map suitable solutions and possess the ability to deliver against objectives under pressure.
