About the Firm Prominent international law firm is seeking a Funds Lawyer to join their growing team.
About the role Based in a rapidly expanding team, this role focuses on investment fund formation and transactions. In this role you will advise a broad range of financial institutions including investment banks, fund managers and investors on the establishment of various funds and structured financial products.
The successful candidate will be a common law or US qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE in investment funds including fund formation, capital raisings, listings and providing regulatory advice. Candidates with experience in any fund formation such as hedge funds, private equity or listed funds will all be considered. Fluency in English is essential while Chinese language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
