Job Description:
An excellent opportunity to join a growing US-based global asset management firm. As part of a dynamic business, you will manage and provide advice on legal and regulatory matters, in particular SFC funds authorizations; local and cross-border distribution of funds; drafting and reviewing legal documentation for funds products, distribution agreements, and investment management agreements; and other innovative product initiatives.
A background in funds, with experience gained from a law firm, asset manager or financial institution and strong track of working with regulators will be ideal. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills in Chinese and English and a business-oriented mind-set.
