Wolters Kluwer GRC division is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, DE.

As the Fulfillment Specialist (FS), you will be responsible for preparing UCC filing documents, retrieving corporate documents and conducting UCC and Tax Lien searches at the State level, utilizing DCIS, the DE SOS Public Records system. As an FS, you will be required to have professional business communication skills, demonstrate strong customer focus and maintain the highest levels of customer service. You will also be responsible for understanding all order criteria placed by the Customer Specialist, inputting all search and filing criteria and reviewing all documents for accuracy prior to returning results to the Customer Specialist. The FS will need to become knowledgeable of UCCs and corporate documents, must be capable of performing multiple tasks accurately in a fast paced team environment, and must be able to complete and provide accurate results to the Customer Specialist.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Search DCIS to determine debtor matches Search Request Form/ Search Types
•Prepare UCC 1 and all subsequent filing documents and submit to DE DOS via DCIS for filing
•Interact with internal clients (Service Teams) and external clients (State Agency) via e-mail/phone in order to complete search results, filings and to remit results
•Respond via e-mail and/or phone to clients (service teams) in an efficient professional manner
•Confer with interested parties to resolve problems and convey necessary information
•Analytical ability sufficient to perform tasks that are varied and short term requiring concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
•Work 12pm to 8pm Monday through Friday

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
•High School degree
•Experience in customer service
•Experience with prioritization and multi-tasking
•Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills
•Experience working independently with minimal oversight
•Strong typing and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
•Some college or a degree
•Experience on a Fulfillment Team and being familiar with UCCs
•Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
