Our overview includes freely accessible tools like the Library of Congress’s Guide to Law Online and the Department of State’s International Judicial Assistance website, as well as subscription-based services such as vLex, Westlaw International, LexisNexis International, and Kluwer Law Online. Additionally, we will be highlighting a few lesser-known but still practical treatises, comparative hornbooks, and the Foreign Relations series of the Restatement of the Law.
