A leading multinational pharmaceutical company based in Karachi is looking for professionally groomed Corporate Lawyer / Legal Advisor.
Who could provide legal expertise and directions to handle legal matters of the company.
The prerequisites for the position are given as under:
Candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of Corporate, Labor and various Local laws
Must have thorough understanding of company?s operations, policies, and related legal matters
Previous experience must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving organization objectives while addressing corporate legal issues
Could assist in strategic alliances and tax advices
Keeps an ability to assimilate contractual and legal issues quickly
Proficient in Compliance Issues and could provide right directions
Could use independent judgment and produce a quality work product within tight time constraint
Law degree (foreign qualification would be preferred)
SKILLS:
Must have Strong leadership qualities, excellent presentation and time management skills along with an ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence, and assert.
