Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services has announced that Suzanne Petren Moritz will serve as the new chief executive officer of subsidiary Market News International (MNI), effective immediately. Ms. Petren Moritz brings more than a decade of experience in the areas of market intelligence solutions and business information publishing to MNI. She will be based in New York.
Michael Connor has decided to step down as MNI’s CEO to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Connor’s last day will be 31 January 2015 once the transition period is complete.

Prior to joining MNI Ms. Petren Moritz held the position of Vice President and Managing Director, Lexis Practice Advisor and Knowledge Mosaic at LexisNexis.
Ms. Petren Moritz has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and philosophy and an MBA from Harvard University. She is fluent in English and Swedish.
