The forthcoming UC Berkeley/Tsinghua program on Transnational IP Litigation. 
The focus this year is on litigation during a time of trade tensions.  Faculty, students, government officials and media are free. We have several current and former judges and the former heads of the Chinese and US patent offices.  Judge Zhang Yuejiao (formerly of WTO DSB), Judge Song Jian (Jiangsu High Court) and David Kappos (former USPTO Director) have recently been added to the agenda.

Considering the recent blocking legislation by China and the flurry of anti-suit injunction cases, the program is well-timed.
