KM world has reported, Aderant has acquired Handshake Software, Inc., a provider of software products to the legal vertical, including portals, knowledge management, enterprise search, and mobility solutions.
Handshake Software’s platforms combine an organization’s knowledge into one location to enable intuitive views of important data and analytics. The data then becomes searchable through Handshake’s Universal Search product for the legal market.
