Energy Senior Associate – Singapore

This law firm is expanding their energy practice in Singapore and currently has an opening for a Senior Associate to join their team.
The team advise across matters such as oil, gas, wind and power and work closely with their other offices across Asia. You should have the following to be considered:
– Excellent corporate experience from a Magic Circle or top-tier Australian or US firm;
– Experience across mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, financing and cross-border transactions;
– Experience working on large-scale transactions.
Corporate lawyers who have experience in the energy sector will be highly-regarded but the firm is also keen to hear from corporate lawyers with a strong interest in this area.
