This one is out of the blue for us.. there’s been no mention up to this point that Dublin’s Research & Markets were moving into this space…We wonder why Euromoney have decided to offload the publication.

One thing’s for sure nobody has yet told the person responsible for the China Law & Practice website that the subscription contact details need to be changed.. currently at

Research and Markets: China Law & Practice Subscription – The Leading Bilingual Journal Dedicated to the Business of Law in China

DUBLIN–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/research/cf1ac0/china_law_practi) has announced the addition of the “China Law & Practice Subscription” subscription to their offering.

China Law & Practice is the leading bilingual journal dedicated to the business of law in China.

With 20 years of experience, China Law & Practice has become essential reading for anyone pursuing business opportunities in China.

Timely information on key legal issues: The leading practitioners and China experts in the PRC and around the world offer perceptive analyses of the most important issues in Chinese business law and key industries. What the law says and how it is interpreted can be very different in China; our feature articles and commentaries explain both.

Professional translations of new laws: Our experienced translation experts understand the legal issues, the business environment and perhaps most importantly the Chinese interpretation of international concepts and practices in both areas, to present clear English translations of complex Chinese legislation.

Business law bulletins: Leading PRC and international law firms present concise summaries of important trends and issues in diverse areas of business law, including China’s WTO agreements and market access, banking and finance, capital markets, FIEs and company law, M&A, and telecommunications, among others.

Concise summaries of recent legislation: Why waste time on costly research when China Law & Practice already has the answers? Each month, our new law digest presents readable summaries of new legislation in every area from accounting to utilities and in every region of China, complete with helpful references to related legislation. Spend your working day serving clients, not poring over dry legal materials or surfing the Internet trying to find key laws.
Issues per year: 10
