DLA Piper? announced today that it has? advised the sponsors and underwriters in relation to the IPO of MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (“MOBI”) on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE: 00947) on 17 December, marking the firm’s seventh successful IPO project.
Esther Leung, Partner and Co-Head of Capital Markets Asia of DLA Piper led the deal. Team members include Mike Suen, Beatrice Jiang and Douglas Lo all from DLA Piper’s Hong Kong office.
MOBI successfully raised over HK$593 million through its IPO. Piper Jaffray Asia Securities Limited and First Shanghai Capital Limited acted as joint sponsors to MOBI.
