We have a great opportunity for a Librarian to work in our Wellington office.
The position involves providing timely legal and business information for internal clients. Reporting to the New Zealand Libraries Manager in Auckland, you will be committed to providing quality service and will be actively interested in the challenges of working in a multi-jurisdictional law firm environment.
Responsibilities include: maintaining an up-to-date library collection; delivering a comprehensive reference and research service; supplying current awareness services; and providing training on the use of information resources. There are opportunities to participate in Australasian firmwide Library & Research Services team activities.
Effective customer service, the ability to multi-task and cope with many demands, and a flexible 'can-do' approach are essential for success in this role. A library qualification is desirable and experience in a professional legal services environment is required.
This casual position is part-time, for 30 hours per week (hours by arrangement).
