Ronnie Bow, partner, has been assigned to the Corporate Finance group at Deacons’ Shanghai office as of 1st April 2014.
A new addition to the partnership, Ronnie is an experienced practitioner with expertise in Hong Kong IPOs. Recent highlights include advising BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) and Kim Eng Securities (Hong Kong) as sponsor counsel in the listing of Tonly Electronics Holdings and advising Cinda International Capital as sponsor counsel in the listing of the eprint Group; both listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Ronnie also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, regulatory and compliance matters, including recently advising the Components and Materials M&A Private Equity Fund, a division of Korea Development Bank, on its subscription of preference shares in a subsidiary of China Precious Metal Resources Holdings. He further advised on the subscription of warrants issued by China Precious Metal Resources Holdings. Other highlights include representing SEAVI Advent Ocean Private Equity in its US$15 million investment in a PRC based confectionery company.

Ronnie has been working with the Corporate Finance group at Deacons for more than three years and was elected to the partnership in January 2014.
