Dadbod Apparel LLC says the owner of the “GirlDad” trademark is implementing a fraudulent trademark enforcement scheme in order to stop sales of Dadbod’s products on Amazon and Etsy.
The owner of the “GirlDad” trademark, Hilary D. Wertin, asserts ownership of the term that Dadbod uses as part of its slogan “Support Your Local Girl Dad” on various products for sale on its website and third-party online stores.
