AEGIS Professional Services (www.aegisps.com) is a growing law firm headquartered in Clayton, MO. It maintains offices in Kansas City, Chicago and O’Fallon, IL. The firm has developed a dynamic marketing program and is seeking an experienced professional to administer and manage it. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with contemporary web-based marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, website management software, and email marketing software) very important. This is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation commensurate with experience. We rarely utilize outside vendors to support our marketing program. As a result, our Marketing Director is expected to be able to manage a wide range of responsibilities without outside support.

The following represents some of the elements of our marketing program for which employee will be responsible:

Management of firm’s Private Networking Program:. AEGIS has organized small groups of complimentary professionals (10-12) who meet regularly at social and educational events. The events occur quarterly. Participating professionals are required to bring business owners of companies doing at least $1M annually in revenue to each event and each group has a dedicated AEGIS professional responsible for being group leader. AEGIS is responsible for organizing the details of group and event management. All event guests are tracked in CRM for further business development efforts.

Weekly Whiteboard / Video Series: AEGIS is publishing a weekly video / webinar series featuring either an AEGIS professional or a friend of the firm. Topics relate to business management, leadership, legal, human resources, etc. Presentations are being archived and are available on-line via the firm’s website.

Direct and Indirect Marketing Initiatives: AEGIS Newsletter, AEGIS Client Alerts, Drip Marketing Campaigns, Industry-Specific Campaigns, Social Media, AEGIS Website, Case Study Development.

CRM and Email Marketing Database Management. The firm maintains a web-based customer relationship management program to help manage the firm’s pipeline of sales opportunities. This also enables us to effectively deliver messages to prospects in the pipeline. In addition, the firm maintains contact mailing lists for each of the firm’s professionals (as well as other segmentation). Managing this work is the responsibility of the Marketing Director.
