Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
Provide and manage a comprehensive range of in-house legal-related matters for the Group of Companies.
Review, advice and draft business contracts to meet organisational goals and operational needs.
Assisting in research and analysis on various legal matters and providing legal advice to business units
Requirements:
Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree and preferably qualified under the Legal Profession Act. Bar qualification is not required.
Knowledge in Singapore and China laws and regulations.
Ability to liaise independently with Chinese speaking associates overseas on legal matters for the Group of Companies
Self-motivated and have good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and interact with various business units.
Must be a team player and at the same time able to work independently
Willing to work in the western part of Singapore
