A district court’s denial of Puritan Medical’s motion to dismiss the infringement lawsuit brought by Copan Italia SpA isn’t reviewable because the ruling wasn’t a conclusive determination of an issue in the case, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled Tuesday.
