Corporate/M&A, Premier UK Law Firm, Singapore *** NEW *** – NQ to 5 years PQE
This premier UK law firm with a strong international presence now wants to hire several junior to mid level corporate lawyers (NQ-5 years PQE) for their Singapore office. You will work on a variety of high corporate/M&A transactions, in particular cross border transactions with a focus on the South East Asian markets. The firm is very busy and there is plenty of work to step into.
The firm is known to have a very collegiate environment and a friendly firm culture. Excellent quality of work and, consistent with the firm?s position as a premier international UK law practice, attractive compensation are on offer. Successful candidates will be qualified in any common law jurisdiction but do not necessarily need to be called to the Singapore bar.
