Our client who are known for being one of the largest law firms in the US have had tremendous success in their expansion across Asia over the past few years. This full service law firm is more prominently known for its corporate finance practice across Asia. Because of this, they?ve been able to bring in some of the most interesting work from global MNCs including IPO and M&A transactions with various cross-border elements.
They are currently looking for senior candidates seeking partnership with an international firm. The right candidate will ideally be Hong Kong qualified but other Commonwealth or US qualifications will be considered as well. You will have to have gained at least 7 years of experience with a Top International Law firm and will have developed a steady book of business you can confidently bring with you. Candidates will need to have been exposed to various corporate transactions including US Securities, IPO, Private Equity, M&As, FDIs, and Joint Ventures.
Candidates will need to be fluent in English with the fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese being highly advantageous.
Senior candidates without a book of business but who have a strong passion for business development will be considered for a Counsel position.
