Leading international law firm are currently inviting interest of middle level lawyers into their Shanghai practise. This is a phenomenal opportunity to candidates wishing join a prestigious law firm with unique specialisation in M&A and foreign investment in China
Candidates are required to have been qualified in PRC or from common law jurisdictions background of UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, US, and etc. Ideally have gained recognition within an international firm or top tier local law firm in China. Candidates will be expected to have experience but not limited to the following areas corporate law:
* 2-3 years PQE of essential M&A transactions
* coordinating due diligence
* providing legal advice on all corporate and M&A matters
* Joint Ventures
* Equity Capital Markets
