The Centre for Rights and Justice at the Chinese University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law is presenting a conference? entitled ‘Criminal Justice in China: Comparative Perspectives’
It is to be held in Hong Kong from 6 to 8 May 2011 (all the conference panels are scheduled for 7 and 8 May 2011).
The conference will bring together leading international and Chinese scholars to discuss this topic, and also mark the publication of Mike McConville’s? book Criminal Justice in China: An Empirical Inquiry (Elgar Publishing: April 2011).
