Responsibilities:
The incumbents will be advising on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, including:-
bonds and guarantees
general commercial contracts
construction agreements
healthcare agreements
intellectual property agreements and
merger and acquisition agreements
Requirements:
have around two PQE / five to nine with relevant experience
trained at other international firms
have good communication skills with Chinese abilities desirable
be able to work under pressure and multitask
