Law360 (September 11, 2018, 8:01 PM EDT)  report– A California federal judge on Monday refused to give Coachella Music Festival LLC a partial win on its claims that a new three-day movie festival called Filmchella infringes its trademarks, finding that a jury must decide if the two festivals are similar enough to be confused.
