Coachella Music Festival LLC agreed to settle its contributory trademark infringement lawsuit against Live Nation Entertaiment Inc. for promoting a Native tribe’s “Coachella Day One 22″ concert.

Coachella Music Festival, which has organized its event in California’s Coachella Valley that has drawn hundreds of thousands of concert-goers annually since 1999, registered the “Coachella” trademark for musical events in 2006, according to its 2021 complaint.
