About the speaker

Susie Kay is Founder and Managing Director of The Professionalism Group, an advice and consultancy organisation working with individuals, students, businesses and professional institutes, and is passionate about the benefits of professionalism for all sectors of the economy.

Susie has worked internationally with strategy groups addressing the issues of professionalism both for the European Union and as a member of the Certification Board of the International Project Management Association. ?She has worked with government departments and a range of multinational corporate institutions.

She is now a consultant, coach, speaker and writer and is the author of ?Professionalism: the ABC for Success? which will be available at the seminar at a special price, or may be ordered from Professionalism Books, Amazon, Waterstones and from all booksellers

Doors open 6pm, AGM 6.30 ? 7.00, seminar 7.00 ? 8.00 pm followed by refreshments and networking. ?The AGM is free, the seminar is ?10 for CLSIG members, ?15 for non-members, ?7.50 for students or the unemployed
